Double room in sociable house in Clapham North

You’d be joining a sociable household, that has a double bedroom in Clapham available with easy going and friendly housemates: Angus (23, Insurance) and Josh (24, consultant). We do a fair amount together - nights out, dinner etc - but also have busy social lives beyond that. Looking for a guy.

🛏️ Room: £1050 (biggest room in the house)
⚡️ Bills: £120 est (including council tax, gas, electricity, water and cleaner every 3 weeks)
🛌 About the room: Double bed, one chests of drawers, large desk, two wardrobe , and a bedside table. Plenty of additional storage space in the corridor outside the room.

🏠 About the rest of house:

3 floor terrace with a spacious lounge, private garden, two bathrooms and kitchen with some shared pots/pans, cutlery, glassware, plates etc but a private cupboard and personal fridge space.
