Double Room in New-Build Clapham Flat

I’ve recently secured a brand-new 2-bed, 2-bath apartment in Clapham and am looking for someone to share it with!

🏡 About the flat

The apartment is a modern new build and comes furnished with the essentials, including beds, wardrobes, bedside tables, sofa, dining furniture, washer/dryer and integrated kitchen appliances. It also has a wraparound balcony with access from both bedrooms and the living area!

The available room is a good-sized double bedroom, furnished with a double bed, bedside tables and wardrobe. You’ll also have your own dedicated bathroom, so no sharing!

As I’ve only just secured the apartment, I won’t have access until late November, so unfortunately can’t offer in-person viewings before then. However, I’m more than happy to share photos, floor plans, additional videos and any other details. I’d also love to arrange a video call or coffee catch-up beforehand so we can get to know each other and see if we’d be a good fit!

Transport: 15 minute walk to Clapham South, or 20 to Clapham Common (Northern Line), with plenty of local bus connections too!

I’m 29, originally from New Zealand, and have been living in London for 3.5 years. I work full-time in finance and enjoy cooking, the gym, walks/hikes, coffee dates and catching up with friends.

I’m pretty chilled at home and really value having a clean, tidy and peaceful space to come back to after a busy day. I’m sociable and always up for a chat, a movie or dinner together, but equally enjoy my own space and downtime.

✨ Who I’m looking for

Ideally, I’m looking for another female professional aged 29+, working full-time (either hybrid or office-based).

I’d love to find someone who’s friendly, considerate, independent and has a similar lifestyle. I’m hoping to create a relaxed, comfortable home rather than a busy social flat, so someone who enjoys a quieter home environment would be a great fit.

Cleanliness is really important to me - I'm very tidy and would love to live with someone who genuinely shares the same standards, particularly when it comes to keeping the kitchen, and shared living spaces clean. I'm also a shoes-off-inside kind of person!
