Room available in Clapham South

We’re looking for someone lovely to join our flat share with Clapham South!

The room is a double room in a top floor flat, shared with myself and Maddy. We’re looking for someone who wants a home to enjoy, not just a place to eat and sleep.

A little bit about us: we’re two thirty year old professionals working in the marketing and media space. We’re both sociable, easy going and enjoy making the most of all London has to offer. We love a good pub hang, binge watching the latest Netflix show, keeping active and having a nice home to come back to. Equally we both appreciate having our own space and are respectful of each others routines.

We’re based in the Clapham south area with great access to the Northern line as well as easy buses to Brixton/Viccy line. There are plenty of lovely cafes, shops and pubs nearby, as well as the common.

Bills are ~£100 in addition to rent.

Who we’re looking for:

Ideally, someone friendly, considerate and tidy who is up for being part of a happy, sociable household. We’d love someone who enjoys a chat or the occasional flat dinner/drink, but who also has their own life and interests.
