Pretty room in a lovely family house in great location available Monday to Friday. Would be perfect for professional working in London during the week. Restaurants, cafes, cinema, gym, park and good public transport are all nearby. Rent includes council tax and all utility bills and some flexibility depending on number of nights.

The bedroom overlooks gardens at the back of the house and you will have your own shower room and loo. The road is very quiet and there is a Virgin gym around the corner. The room has fitted cupboards either side of the window seat, a chest of drawers and a chair.

My other lodger is only down about 3 days a month and has been with me for almost 10 years. She shares my bathroom.

My house is less than five minutes walk to buses going to Westminster, Waterloo or Sloane Square and Clapham Junction. Clapham Common tube is an 8-10 minutes walk.

I am a retired editor and have a Border Terrier.
