I'm looking for one easy-going professional guy to share my home in the heart of Clapham. End September onwards.
The top floor is pretty much your own space, with a large loft bedroom, ensuite and a separate room that's perfect as a home office, TV room or somewhere to chill. It genuinely feels more like having your own apartment within the house.
Your Space
Large, bright loft bedroom with king-size bed
Modern ensuite shower room
Separate double room overlooking the garden – ideal for working from home, watching films or creating your own space
Plenty of built-in storage
The House
The house is just off Abbeville Road and has been renovated to a high standard. I've put a lot of love into making it feel like a home rather than just somewhere to live.
Open-plan kitchen with bi-fold doors onto a sunny private garden
Comfortable lounge
Weekly cleaner
Fibre broadband & Sky TV
All bills included
It's relaxed, stylish and somewhere that's genuinely nice to come back to after a busy day.
A Bit About Me
I work in fashion in a senior leadership role, so weekdays can be pretty full on, but I love what I do.
Outside work you'll usually find me at the gym, travelling, trying a new restaurant, catching up with friends or planning my next weekend away. I enjoy being social, but home is also my place to switch off and recharge.
I'm easy-going, enjoy a laugh and believe the best house shares are the ones where everyone feels comfortable being themselves. Sometimes we'll have a chat over a coffee or a glass of wine, other times we'll barely cross paths for a few days because life gets busy—and that's absolutely fine too.
Who I'm Looking For
The best people I've shared my home with have all been pretty similar.
They're ambitious, enjoy their careers, work hard, have their own lives and appreciate having a great place to come home to.
They're respectful, house-proud and don't bring drama through the front door.
Most have become genuine friends over the years, others have simply been brilliant people to live with.
If you're someone who enjoys London, likes to have fun, values their independence and wants somewhere that feels like home rather than just somewhere to crash, I think you'll really enjoy living here.
Location
One of the best parts of Clapham.
Around 5 minutes to Clapham Common & Clapham South stations
A short walk to Abbeville Road and Northcote Road
Great coffee, restaurants, pubs and gyms all on your doorstep
Plenty of green space nearby
The Practical Bits
One professional male
Single occupancy only
Long-term preferred
All bills included
Weekly cleaner
Fibre broadband & Sky TV
If this sounds like your kind of place, drop me a message.
It'd be great to hear a bit about yourself, what you do, what brings you to Clapham and what you're looking for in your next home.
I'm in no rush—I'd much rather find someone who's a great fit than simply fill the room.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
