Abbeville Mansions is situated in the heart of Abbeville Rd, Clapham South. It's an area commonly referred to as Abbeville village as it has the right mix of amenities but feels friendly and compact. Deli's, Restaurants, coffee shops, a lovely pub, hairdresser, mini supermarket, dry cleaner...you get the idea, well worth a Google. It takes ~ 6 minutes to walk to Clapham South tube. Large green expanse of the common is 2 minutes away.

The room is in a 3 bedroom Victorian (all rooms are large with high ceilings) purpose built (so layout works well) 1st floor flat (see photo's).

There is a shared living room, kitchen and separate dining room. Separate rooms for toilet and bathroom work well. Bath separate walk-in shower.

The room is furnished with a wardrobe and a king size bed. Light and airy throughout.

As well ample storage within the flat there is also a secure bike shed in the lovely communal (south facing) garden.

Only 2 of 3 bedrooms will be occupied leaving the 3rd as a study / storage / guest room to share.

You would be sharing with a prof couple mid 30's.

The total rent for the flat is £2400;

For a couple the rent would be £1200 or for a single person the rent is 900 pcm + bills (approx £75 pcm, inc cleaner)

The flat is owned by a private landlord therefore there are no agency fees.
You will be required to provide a landlords reference and employers reference.

We are a respectful, active, independent couple, not a couply couple. We work long hours and can travel for work meaning some weeks we are not around, so it's fair to say the flat is no longer an 'everyone back to mine' at 3am party flat!
