Stunning 2 Bedroom Flat+Large Office-the Old Town

This is large 2 bedroom flat with a separate living room and also its own office space for home working.
It is located on a beautiful off street cobble stoned lane in the heart of Clapham Old Town, with the flat having its own private entrance and its own private door.
it would be perfect for 2 people whom might work from home some times.
It is adjacent to beautiful office space (small creative companies) whom this flat shares a beautiful courtyard with.
The objective is to find to awesome people to take the flat on long term. That said, due to some moving parts my end, i will also consider to short term let of 1 to 2 months (beginning 1st October and to finish no later than start of December) if the people are good for the space etc
