I will be abroad this winter and I am looking to let my flat for a period of up to 7 months. I will return to the UK in May 2027 and plan to move back into the flat on 24 May 2027.

I am looking for tenants who themselves want to rent for a period of up to 7 months and who do not wish to stay beyond the end of May. Shorter periods will also be considered. In order to attract a tenant to fit in with my travel plans, I have set the rent at £2,300 per month including bills, well below the market rate.

It is a top floor flat, very conveniently located, just off Lavender Hill, about 2 minutes’ walk from Clapham Junction, with a wide variety of shops, pubs and restaurants nearby.

Being on the top floor with a broad staircase, the flat has a spacious feel to it. The kitchen/living room is at the front of the property, facing west with three large sash window and so is very bright as it catches the afternoon sun. The two bedrooms are on different levels and at opposite ends of the flat, so are isolated from each other with the bathroom in between.

The flat is fully furnished and has everything you need for a short term let.

The asking price includes all bills (utilities, Wi-Fi and council tax). One month’s deposit and 1 month’s rent will be required in advance. Please note references and ID will be required.
