I’m moving to the North early this year and we’ve therefore decided to put our lovely 2-bed Dalston flat up for rent.

The flat is on the first floor and is furnished:
- 2 x sofas
- Coffee table
- Double bed in smaller bedroom
- Large Built-in wardrobes (with hanging space and shelves inside)
- In the larger bedroom we removed the original bed, but you can ask for one
- Fitted kitchen, fully functional with washing machine (loads of cupboard space too!)

Features you can’t see from the photos:
- The shower has amazing water pressure
- The shops downstairs and the upstairs neighbours are kind and friendly, they’ve looked after parcels and helped us with bad internet connections :)
- Great location: short walks to Dalston Junction Overground station, Dalston High Street, and in the other direction to Broadway Market and London Fields park
- Richmond Road doctors surgery (5 min walk) is award winning for their care
- The agency looking after this flat (Apollo Estates) are extremely responsive and have sorted everything out for us seamlessly from the start

Cost Information:
- £1500 deposit (£750 each if there’s two of you!)
- £1500 per month rent for the whole flat
- No referencing fees
- We had a 12-month contract with Apollo Estates
