Double Room in sunny Deptford house

Double room available from 15th September. Feel free to message if you have any questions. The room has a mirrored wardrobe, a double bed and a chest of drawers.

The house has a private patio and also a big, gorgeous garden that we share with some of the houses around. The living room/kitchen has a big table - perfect for inviting friends round for dinner and drinks as well as a lounging area for lazy Sunday afternoons.

We love cooking and there's tons of grocers and speciality stores nearby. There is also free parking outside the house. We're a group of 3 flatmates that have lived in this house for a long time and enjoy theatre, comedy, art, a pint as well as a BBQ in summer. We have a cat that has become our mascot. This room is for one person - unfortunately no couples.

Transport:

4 minute walk to Deptford station (Southeastern to London Bridge takes 7 minutes and Cannon Street approx 11 minutes), New Cross station is 11 minutes away (Overground which takes you to Shoreditch, Hackney, Hoxton etc.) and DLR.

Location:

Between Greenwich (5 minutes away on foot) and New Cross.

Close to Goldsmiths, University of London

There are a lot of nice pubs and open markets around
