The flat is spacious and laid out over three floors. The bedrooms are on the lowest level with a shared bathroom and utility cupboard. The kitchen/dining area is on the middle level as well as a single WC. The living room is a mezzanine level at the top, overlooking the dining area. Underfloor heating runs throughout the apartment, which makes it lovely and warm in the winter. There is also a south-facing balcony which is a great little sun trap.

It is very well located for transport:

- Deptford railway station: 2 minutes walk

- New Cross railway station: just under 10 minutes walk

- Deptford Bridge DLR: just under 10 minutes walk

- Greenwich town centre: 20 minutes walk

Buses to London Bridge/Surrey Quays/Shoreditch/Elephant & Castle/North Greenwich etc. are only a short walk away.

If you cycle, there is a secure bike store available.

All bills and internet are included for £1100.

Hopefully you will be someone who is equally chilled, clean, tidy and happy to regularly divide and tackle house stuff - but in general is friendly and open to hang out from time to time.
