The Twin studio is one of McMillan Student Village's most spacious studios. You have a private kitchenette (with induction hobs, a microwave and a fridge-freezer), a private en-suite, two wardrobes and two desks with lots of shelving. It's so roomy because it's designed for two people, but this year (to protect your health) it will be all yours. However, you can move in with a roommate if you would like to; only one of you has to be a student. It is on the sixth floor with stairs and elevator access.

You can expect to enjoy 24/7 security, bike storage, bills included, content insurance, free wifi, a games room and a laundry room. Their mail and package service is efficient and secure.

Your Twin studio is a safe place to live because of the locks on the main gates, the doors to each building, the doors to each corridor and finally, the door to your room.

I lived in a McMillan studio in the '19-'20 academic year and found it surprisingly quiet, even at night. Staff at reception and at events were friendly and helpful. I was also happy with the access to transport and shopping; bus stops and grocery shops are literally right outside, with an underground link down the road and bigger supermarkets a walk/bus ride away. Gyms, pubs, fast food and other shops and services are also on Creek Road.

I was looking forward to moving in myself but my university course details have changed and I no longer need to live in London. I am looking for a student tenant to replace me until the tenancy ends on 19/06/2021.
