Looking for friendly flat mate to share with me, a freelance photographer who mainly works from home, but is abroad 3-5 months a year.

Spacious, colourful maisonette in Deptford.

- Kingsize ottoman lift-storage bed with Simba Hybrid Mattress

NB - current photos show the room with the former occupiers things. The desk is a different, larger one.

THE OCCUPIER CAN EXPECT

- Maisonette across 2nd and 3rd floor
- Good quality comfortable furniture
- A good amount of storage
- Well-equipped kitchen (gas hob/electric oven)
- Kitchen and breakfast table separate from living and dining area
- Light and spacious living area with south facing windows and 2nd floor balcony (where I grow herbs, and occasionally use for exercise)
- Decent speed broadband
- downstairs toilet and upstairs bathroom with toilet and bath/shower
- large comfy corner sofa with a double bed pullout for any guests that want to stay.
- Room for 1 bike but with optional outside bike locker (£45/year/bike)
- Off-street parking (free with registration)

- Deptford Station or New Cross station 10 mins walk (New Cross Gate 15 mins)
- Closest grocery shops/takeaways 1 minute walk
- 10 minutes walk to the fantastic Deptford High Street
- 20 mins walk/4 mins cycle to Goldsmiths
- 10 mins cycle to Surrey Quays or Greenwich
- 20 mins cycle to London Bridge

BILLS

- gas and electricity NOT included. Split halfway each month. Full bills recently have varied between £50-£120 per month, so half that.
- all other bills, internet, water, council tax etc is included

ABOUT ME

I moved to the area summer 2020. I’m friendly, sociable, but also like a relatively relaxed home life. I'm clean, tidy, respectful and generally easy going. I enjoy cooking, and I'm often up for a good chat, occasional board/card games too.

I work from home, but have a separate study, and I'm abroad for 3-5 months of the year.

I like my quiet time, but I also love cooking for others, and always happy to have people come over to visit and have dinner etc. (but this is not a party flat).

There's a large amount of photobooks to look through if you're at all interested.

There’s no TV downstairs, though there is a projector for occasional viewing.

There's an upright piano in the living room which I play/practice occasionally.
