Hi everyone!
My housemate is moving out of our 2 bedroom flat towards the end of June so I'm looking to get someone for the start of July.
It's a cozy little place facing Deptford Park with good links to central via Canada Water station (apx 10 mins away). The room itself is quite spacious.
It would be really nice to get someone to get along with. We are a tight knit, friendly and chill community between our house and the neighbours downstairs.
I've attached photos below let me know if youre interested. Rent is £800 and bills come up to apx £200 for each person. But if youre crafty with these things it would be great to reduce them a bit.
I'm a chill dude who is into electronics and technology so spend quite a bit of time in the house and happy keeping to myself. But also down for a pint if you're up for it!
