Double Room for Rent in Deptford

Hey, leaving my double room near Deptford fire station.

Looking for a friendly and tidy tenant who can fit in with the vibe of the house but also happy to do their own thing.

Bedroom gets loads of sunlight in the afternoon and the wardrobe is massive. The bed lifts up so there’s also storage room underneath.

Property has two bathrooms so never a queue in the morning. There two fridges and big freezer so space isn’t an issue there. Kitchen and bathroom both recently renovated too. This is a direct contract with the landlord so no middle men their either.

Please note their is no living room so would probably not suit someone who has to wfh a lot.

Council tax and building service charges included. Gas/Electricity/water/wifi come to around £70/£80 per month.
