We have a garden, lovely kitchen and living room.

The house is quiet and peaceful, we all study/work, and our home is our restful space - we are a seeking a housemate that shares these values. (No parties or loud/late nights please).

The room is bright and cosy, with modern ensuite bathroom and built-in wardrobe. Perfect for a single person, not suitable for couples. This room does get quite hot in warm weather as it's south facing and in the loft conversion.

We are aged 25-29, and enjoy a chat now and then. We are all generally quite busy, but are friendly and sociable :)

We keep the house clean - meaning no dishes left in the sink, and we take it in turns to hoover/wipe/take out bins etc. While we don't have a rota for this, we'd really like whoever moves in to fit with this system :)
