I have a double room in a two bed flat in Deptford. The flat has a large lounge. I own the flat.

Flat details:
- £850 + bills (roughly £150)
- deposit is one month's rent
- room is furnished - happy to consider other options before moving in
- Short term or long term or part week stays - I'm open to considering any of these

It’s well located near good pubs, places to eat and buy food. My favourite places to go are Slyva, Tony's Deli and Dog & Bell is two minute walk from the flat.

The flat is a few minutes walk from Deptford High Street and Deptford Market (which is on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays). It has excellent connections to central London and Canary Wharf:
- Canada Water (Jubilee) 7 min bus
- Deptford (National Rail) - 5 min walk
- New Cross (London Overground) - 7 min walk
- Greenwich (DLR) - 15 min walk

About me:
- professional - work in the office 2/3 days a week
- enjoy books (mainly fiction) and writing - will likely (deferred start) undertake a Creative Writing MA next year
- enjoy going to the pub, having mates over and trying to dance
