Looking for a friendly and fun flatmate in SE!

Our housemate is sadly moving to Dublin, so we have a fully furnished double room available in our 4-bedroom house in Deptford, near Surrey Quays from the 1st of August!
The house is really well located — there’s a bus stop 1 min from the house, and it’s about a 10 min bus or 20 min walk to Canada Water Station (Jubilee Line + Overground). Although we don’t have a garden, we’re only a 1 min walk from Deptford Park which I basically treat as my personal garden 😊. There are actually loads of really nice parks nearby which is such a bonus if you like being outdoors, and we’re super close to the Thames path which I love running along! :)
Rent is £949 a month including ALL bills (wifi, council tax, utilities etc included!) and the deposit is also £949. Rent would need to be paid from August, but there’s potentially flexibility to move in a few days earlier if needed!
You’d be sharing with 3 others in our late 20s / early 30s. The house is social but still pretty chilled — we all enjoy hanging out occasionally while also respecting each other’s space and downtime. We sometimes have dinners together, and John is a great cook and loves cooking for everyone which is a big plus hahaha.
One of the bedrooms has an en-suite so you would only be sharing the main bathroom with 2 others, and we also have 2 toilets in the house!
As the house is currently 2 guys and 1 girl, we’re ideally looking for another female housemate :)
We’d love to find someone friendly, considerate, clean, and happy to share household chores. Ideally someone who is looking for more than just a room and would actually like to be friends with their housemates too! :)
