Room in a 2 bed flat in deptford, own bathroom

Hi!
My names Sam, I'm 28 and I'm currently renting a 2-bed flat in deptford with a friend, unfortunately he is having to move away, and so I'm looking for someone friendly and outgoing to take his place in the flat. I really love meeting new people so I'm looking for someone I can hopefully be friends with as well as a roommate. I like to think I'm pretty easy going so all are welcome if interested.

The flat itself is in a great location, 5 mins walk from deptford high street and new cross, 5 mins from St Johns station, and a 10-15 minute walk from lewisham station. The room will be furnished with a bed and there is a built in cupboard, and the rest of the flat is already furnished completely by me. You would have your own bathroom next to your room as there are two in the flat.

High speed WiFi, and bills are already sorted and comes to around £80 a month each give or take. Council tax is band C.

Ideally looking for a professional due to the rental costs but dont mind sharing with students if you can prove you can afford the rent or provide a guarantor
