Location

The house is centrally located in (zone 2)with a 15 min walk or 10 min bus trip to either Surrey Quays Station or Canada Water tube for easy access into Central London. Surrey Quays shopping centre can be found outside the station for all your shopping requirements...including Tesco's, Bowling, movies and restaurants. There is on street parking.

The House and Room:

House has a large kitchen with all requirements including a dish washer and cupboard space. Living room with flat screen tv, sky tv and super fast broadband. Two bathrooms and toilets. Basement has additional fridge and freezer space. There is a well maintained garden for BBQ and socialising.
The room is a very large double and comes fully furnished with double bed and cupboards

Costs

ALL bills included and also cleaning products and toilet paper are provided.
Also includes a cleaner that come every two weeks.

House mates:

The ideal person would be able to speak good english and have full time employment. We are looking for a social person that will get on well with others.
