Double Room in Sociable House

The living room

Hello all! We have a double room coming available in our house share in Deptford. Our flatmate is leaving us to move in with his partner, so we're on the hunt to find someone to fill his shoes. You'd be moving in with the three of us and the friendliest cat you will ever meet - she absolutely will curl up on you within a day of meeting you. In terms of the humans living here, the house is currently made up on 2 women and 1 man, and we'd be looking for another woman to join us.

The house itself is on a quiet side street just off Deptford High Street - you can walk to the station within 5 minutes. We have a private patio/garden which then opens up onto a larger communal garden which is shared with the other houses in the area. The house has a large open plan living room/kitchen area, and we all enjoy hanging out in the living room together, binge watching our latest TV obsession! We're a very sociable household and are looking for someone who would be happy to join us in the evenings for a chat/meal/binge watch/drink.

The room itself is on the first floor and comes furnished with a double bed, mirrored wardrobe and a chest of drawers. Bills aren't included in the rent and come to roughly £100 a month. We have a private landlord, no agencies involved, and he's easy to get in touch with if anything ever needs doing.
