Double Room in Deptford (Exclusive Bathroom Use)

The Room & Apartment:
The available double bedroom is dark and contemporary. The desk provided makes the space practical for remote work. I rarely use the main bathroom, so you will have near-exclusive use of it. Currently no bed but one can be provided if you don't own one yourself.

The living area contains a 48-inch LG OLED TV (model OLED48C24LA) and a Samsung Q930C surround soundbar. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and an air fryer. A bean-to-cup coffee machine is also available. A private balcony provides outdoor seating. The broadband is a 1Gb Hyperoptic fibre connection.

The Location:
The flat offers Zone 2 connectivity. Deptford Bridge DLR and Deptford Station are nearby. New Cross Overground is also within walking distance. These routes provide direct commutes to central London and Canary Wharf. The immediate area is quiet, though Deptford Market Yard and local independent cafes are nearby.

About Me:
I am a 45-year-old guy. My professional background is in science event production, having previously worked for the Royal Institution and New Scientist. I am currently between roles following my departure in October 2025. You will occasionally meet Bette, a ten-year-old Shih-Tzu that I co-own with my ex-wife. I do not smoke or drink alcohol. I am tremendous fun, as you can imagine.
