Going travelling for 3 months from 28th November and looking for someone (or a couple) I can rent my beautiful flat to while I'm away! Comes with lovely antique furniture and a fully fitted kitchen. Would like to get to know tenant(s) a bit before going away as want to be sure it will be looked after!

Ideally looking for:

- Able to stay the full 3-month period
- Non-smoker (or at least no smoking in the flat)
- Pets are fine as long as nothing's damaged!
- Vegan/vegetarian preferred but not essential
