Bright refurbed 3-bed by Crossrail - SHORT-TERM

Hi!

We have a 3-bedroom newly refurbished rental flat we need to sublet for a month or two in W13 (10–15 minute walk from West Ealing station, on the Elizabeth line, and 10–15 minute walk from Northfields station, on the Piccadilly line.

The location is perfect, as it's a 7-minute walk from all the amenities of West Ealing high street (with huge Sainsbury's, etc), but in the other direction it's also got loads of lovely buzzy Northfields cafes and little independent shops, and multiple beautiful parks, right on its doorstep.

The flat is across two levels, with two double bedrooms upstairs and a single bedroom/study downstairs.

The whole flat is furnished and all of the appliances (fridge/freezer, shower, bath, oven with gas hobs) are new and in good order.

We just need to sublet the flat for one or two months, from as soon as possible. If this could suit you, please let me know and I'd love to talk more.

Thanks :-)
