We have a 3-bedroom newly refurbished rental flat we need to sublet for a month in W13 (10–15 minute walk from West Ealing station, on the Elizabeth line, and 10–15 minute walk from Northfields station, on the Piccadilly line.

The location is perfect, as it's a 7-minute walk from all the amenities of West Ealing high street (with huge Sainsbury's, etc), and it's got loads of lovely buzzy Northfields cafes and little independent shops right on its doorstep.

The flat is across two levels, with two double bedrooms upstairs and a single bedroom/study downstairs.

The whole flat is furnished and all of the appliances (fridge/freezer, shower, bath, oven with gas hobs) are new and in good order.
