House in Ealing

We have a four bedroom house that needs tenants from December 18 as we are all going our separate ways!

£3500 for the whole house split between 4 people, bills have been roughly £110 per person each month on top of rent (gas/electricity/council tax/internet).

This three floor house is a 15 minute walk from the Ealing Broadway Station and shops with a number of surrounding bus stops. West Ealing station is also close by, with both having access to the Elizabeth line (15 minute ride to London!).

The house itself has two bedrooms on the bottom floor, as well as a toilet and utility room and access to a small backyard. The middle floor contains the common area with a dining area, kitchen complete with dishwasher and a spacious living room which is perfect for socialising and a night time cuppa with the girls! There is also a parking space included with the house.

The top floor has the last two bedrooms, a bathroom and a small room (perfect for a home office).

The house comes furnished with a bedroom and wardrobe in each with two having chests of drawers. The sofas, coffee table, rug, dining table and chairs will all be included, as well as the small desk in the office. Some other pieces of small furniture/household items may also be included/left behind for the next tenants.
