A really lovely double room in a family house with private bathroom on the first floor of a Victorian house overlooking the garden. The house is in a quiet residential road just a short walk from East Dulwich and Peckham Rye stations as well as lots of buses to central London. The price includes bills and a cleaner. You will have use of our lovely homely kitchen and we also have a large garden you can use. We don`t allow smoking in the house but you can use the garden if you like. .We are very close to Kings College hospital and just a short walk to Lordship Lane with many shops bars and restaurants. Occupants are myself my daughter and her partner and we all work full time, so we are looking for someone who also has a full time job and no WFHs.
