A really lovely double room in a family house with large private bathroom and own desk area on the top floor of a Victorian house overlooking the garden. The house is in a quiet residential road just a short walk from East Dulwich and Peckham Rye stations as well as lots of buses to central London. The room is at the top of the house so you have your own floor with a lovely large bathroom . with bath and shower. The price includes bills and a cleaner. You will have use of our lovely homely kitchen and we also have a large garden you can use. We don`t allow smoking in the house but you can use the garden if you like. .We are very close to Kings College hospital and just a short walk to Lordship Lane with many shops bars and restaurants. Occupants are myself and my daughter and we both work full time.
If you have any questions please go ahead and ask. Available from end of Feb 2024. Our lovely tenant Josh stayed with us for three and a half years and we are so sad to see him go. We are looking for someone to replace him in our lovely happy and calm home . 😎
