Please read the description carefully - THIS IS A WEEKDAY-ONLY LET
I'm the live-in owner of this East Dulwich flat. It's a new build, so warm and quiet. The room is tranquil with a private bathroom, plenty of drawer and hanging space and a TV with a firestick. There's a well equipped kitchen for light cooking.
We're on Crystal Palace Road, a 3 minute walk from Lordship lane and a 15 minute walk / 5 minute bus ride to East Dulwich station. Excellent bus and train local transport connections. Denmark Hill is also a 10 minute bus ride away, which takes you to Victoria or Elephant and Castle in 9 minutes.
I work long days from home, sometimes quite late, so I value peace and quiet and can't have people in the flat during working hours. So this would suit a mature, reliable professional who needs a pad 2 - 4 nights a week, who spends the entire day at work.
The price advertised is flexible, depending on how many nights you wish to stay. But I charge approximately £55 per night.
