Short term let - East Dulwich flat

Hello! Im looking for a lovely person or couple to rent the large double bedroom in my East Dulwich flat whilst I am away (so you’ll have the whole place). Initially 3 months from beginning September 2026 but could be extended depending on my circumstances.

The room
The room is on the second floor at the front of the flat and comes with a king sized bed, built in wardrobe and drawers.

The flat itself is spread across 2 floors (3 if you count the front door!) with high ceilings and large windows

• Modern kitchen (with dishwasher)
• 2 bathrooms (one with shower, one with shower and bath)
• Broadband
• Freeview TV
• Fab outdoor terrace area (south west facing)

The area and travel
Its located on Lordship Lane in East Dulwich which has a lovely, friendly vibe with a great selection of cafes, pubs, restaurants and independent shops as well as beautiful Dulwich Park (3 mins from the flat)

Travel links are good with a convenient bus stop outside the flat that gets you up to East Dulwich/Denmark Hill stations and down to Forest Hill, with the route to Peckham a 2 min walk away. Free on street parking

Rent is £1600 inc bills (council tax, utilities, broadband) - looking to poss get a cleaner too which will be additional

Deposit is £800

Room is available from 1st September 2026 (although can be a bit sooner if needed)
