There is free parking on the road outside the flat and I own the small front garden. There is a small garden storage shed if you have a small or folding bike.
Sharing with myself the live in landlord (female, 43) and one other housemate in the smaller room. I would like to offer the room to someone chilled, tidy and clean.
The flat is also home to two adopted stray cats (male and female) and a rescue dog.
