We have a double room to rent in our 3 bed, 2 bathroom with garden.

Available from 25th November but can be a little flexible with dates. The room needs to be filled by 1st December.

It’s a great house. Very large for the area and the bedroom is bright, on the 1st floor and comes furnished with triple wardrobe and optional bed frame if you want to keep it, otherwise it can be removed.

It’s £808p/m excluding bills
These are £112 p/m for council tax, water, wi-fi & tv licence.
Energy bills varies.
and £600 deposit.

Will 42 male works in hospitality out at work quite a bit when not at work likes relaxing at home and loves travel

Adam, 40, manages a small business, works from home mostly - likes film and music.

It’s a very chilled house. Not a party house at all.
