We’re looking for one lovely flatmate to join us in our 3 bed 1st floor flat on Lordship Lane SE22 💛

🌿 We’re looking for someone who wants to be part of a home rather than a place to lay their head.

🫧 We understand that everyone has different levels of cleanliness, we’re looking for someone who enjoys cleaning and doesn’t view having to keep the flat tidy a chore. We’ve got a cleaning rota and would like to maintain that.

🌻Rent £812pcm plus bills (around £125-150 each month)

🏡 Move date around 18th July (we can be a little flexible)

🪴The room comes furnished with a double bed frame and mattress, chest of draws, shelves and clothing rail. It can come unfurnished if needed. The flat is small and very limited on storage space so this wouldn’t suit anyone who has heaps and heaps of stuff

Reece (28, he/him) works as a garden designer and plays keys in a band
Lily (27, she/her) is a reflexologist and always has a knitting project on the go

We’re both sociable but appreciate our alone time, this is definitely not a party house - we prefer to catch up/bond over a cup of tea and David Attenborough.

We’ve ben doing a weekly flat night (usually on a Thursday) where we do a good bit of forced fun - this has included but is not limited to (!) pub, board games, bouldering, film night, group meal etc etc etc.

📝 Technical bits
- You’ll go on the joint tenancy, which is now governed by the Renters Rights Act. You'll need to give 1 months notice to the landlord if you want to leave.
- We have a really responsive agency!
- Warm, dry and clean flat
- Great transport links from right out the front of the flat
- The delightful Dulwich park is only a 3 minute walk away
