LOCATION

The house is in East Dulwich (zone 2) on a quiet, leafy residential street less than a 2 minute walk from restaurants, boutique shops, pubs and cafés of North Cross Road and Lordship Lane.

YOUR ROOM
You’ll have a private bedroom with ensuite bathroom on the top floor. Your bedroom has a king-sized bed, and wardrobe with plenty of hanging space. Your ensuite bathroom has a basin sink, heated mirror and powerful shower.

THE HOUSE
There is plenty of shared space. The sitting room has an HD TV, sound bar, desk and Victorian fireplace. The open plan kitchen/diner has a range stove, large dining table, washing machine, dishwasher, underfloor heating and folding sliding doors that open out onto the garden.

Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms (my bedroom, your bedroom and 2 spare bedrooms that won’t be occupied).

There is plenty of free on-street parking with no restrictions.

I’m looking for one person to take the room - a friendly, chilled out, tidy, non-smoking professional. No couples I'm afraid. I predominantly work from home, so ideally I'm looking for someone who works in the office.

NEIGHBOURHOOD
Peckham Rye Park (with café & gardens) and Dulwich Park (with boating lake, café, basketball courts & tennis courts) are both within easy walking distance.
