Our roommate is moving out to live with his girlfriend so a lovely room has just become available in our beautifully renovated 3-bedroom terraced house. The house features a stylish bathroom with a shower/bath combo and his-and-her sinks, a modern kitchen, and a comfortable living/study area. We also have a little garden and patio as well as free on-street parking.

The room is 800pcm with bills being 100-150 depending on season.

Situated in the heart of East Dulwich, you’ll be just a one-minute walk from the vibrant Lordship Lane and a 30s away from North Cross Road, where a delightful market takes place every Saturday! Surrounded by parks like Goose Green and Peckham Rye, you’ll also find plenty of lovely cafes, restaurants, and pubs.
With excellent bus connections to central London, we’re also conveniently located less than a 10-minute walk from East Dulwich station, which offers direct trains to London Bridge, and a 15-minute walk to Peckham/Denmark Hill for overground services to Victoria.

You’ll be sharing this home with Charlotte and Immy, two young professionals who work from home a few days a week. We’re big fans of reality tv, trips down to the local pubs and having a natter in the kitchen.

While we each have our own social circles, we enjoy spending our free time together, having a glass of wine and a chit chat after a long day at work.

💕About You 💕

We’re looking for a laid-back, tidy person (leaning towards women) to join our friendly household. Ideally, you’ll work similar hours to us and appreciate a respectful living environment, preferably mid-late 20s/early 30s. Bonus points if you love cats, as we often have visits from the neighbourhood cats!
