I’m moving out of my lovely sunny double room in East Dulwich and looking for someone to take over my contract on a rolling basis.

📍Location
- Crystal Palace Road, East Dulwich.
- 10 minute bus or 20 minute walk from Peckham station and East Dulwich station.
- 10 mins from both Peckham Rye Park and Dulwich Park.

🏠About the flat
- Rent is £950pm, bills are an additional £120.
- Looking for someone to move in mid/late July. (I’m moving into my partners place, so can be quite flexible with dates).
- The room comes unfurnished, but I will likely leave the bed, wardrobe and drawers, so we can chat about this.
- You will need to undergo referencing and transfer the deposit, which is £1050.

👭 About the flatmates
- You’ll be living with Lorena (26), who is a therapist and Ella (28), who is a trainee teacher.
- We’ve all good friends so they’d like to live with someone who’s looking for friends as well as housemates!
- We’re not a huge party household, but love a pub trip, getting coffee, cooking together, and watching the simpsons.
