Bright Double Room in Beautiful East Dulwich

Hey there,

My housemates (now friends) Jake and Raphie are looking for a new housemate to take my place in our beautiful, spacious mutli-level flat in East Dulwich, South East London. I am moving out to live with my boyfriend close by and the room will be available the first week of June.

We rent privately from our landlord who lives abroad. He is quick to respond and easy to deal with. He will get something fixed as soon as you make him aware of it.

The room available is on the top of three floors and costs £820 a month plus bills.
The room comes unfurnished, has a nice view over the trees at the back and gets great afternoon sun. There is plenty of storage space on two landings outside the room.

In the time we have lived here, we have not paid a deposit - there’s always a chance that could change, although it doesn’t look likely.

Jake and Raphie both work in tech. Raphie is in recruitment and Jake works in app development. Their schedules vary; Jake WFH one or two days a week and Raphie is in the office all week (could change soon). They are both socially active, but if everyone is around the house in the evenings we like to catch up over dinner, some TV and a glass of wine.

The flat is just off Lordship Lane which has every shop you could possibly need. There is a giant Sainsbury’s a 10 min walk away. It’s an 8 min walk to the nearest train station where you can get into London Bridge in less than 15 min. There are also lots of buses which go directly into town.

The flat is close to lots of greenery - Peckham Rye, Dulwich and Brockwell parks are all within walking distance, as are East Dulwich, North Dulwich, Herne Hill and Denmark Hill stations.
