Small Double Room - East Dulwich

Small double room becoming available from mid August in East Dulwich. It’s a small room with a double bed, a small set of draws inside the room and a bigger set on the outside of the room. Ideal for people who are minimalistic lol. I can leave the desk in the living room if wanted!

I’m deciding to move to try a different area of London. East Dulwich is a beautiful area with parks, shops, cafes all within walking distance. As for the house, you will be sharing with two females and one males who are all professionals. Everyone is very friendly and easy going, but also like our own time.

Rent is to be paid on the 13th of every month, so it would be ideal to move in prior to this date, although I could possible be flexible. Bills come to around £100 a month in total which includes, electric, WIFI, water etc. we also have a cleaner that comes once a month included in the bills.
