Looking for a female, aged 25-35, who is considerate and keen to be part of the home, not one of those flatshares where you make small-talk in the hallway. £15k min salary, or proof of savings + willing to pay council tax if you're a student. Kindly note the flat is accessible by stairs only so may not be appropriate if you have mobility issues.
