Double room to share near Dulwich

We’re looking for a friendly and easygoing female lodger to join our home from August 21st.

The room is a comfortable double bedroom in a 4-bed maisonette near the Horniman Museum. It comes fully furnished with a double bed, fitted wardrobe, desk, and shelves—ideal for someone who wants a cosy, ready-to-move-in space.

You’ll be sharing with me and my two children (aged 16 and 12). We’re a warm, respectful household—sometimes a bit lively, but always considerate of personal space. We’ve hosted couchsurfers and done home exchanges for years, so we’re used to welcoming new people into our home.

You’ll have access to all shared areas, including the kitchen, living room, bathroom/toilet, and garden. There’s also free off-street parking available.

Transport links are great: just a 2-minute walk to the nearest bus stop, or about 15 minutes on foot to Forest Hill station.

We’re looking for someone who is tidy, relaxed, and comfortable in a friendly family environment.
