Gorgeous cheap East Dulwich room

We have a room going in our gorgeous steal of a top floor flat in East Dulwich.
The room is midsized with space for a double bed, desk, wardrobe and drawers.
There’s 5 of us in the flat and we love living together and want to find the right person that fits with us. We are all super laid back and deal with the landlord privately and directly so any issues are always a breeze.
We all have our own lives in London but nonetheless are looking for a sweet housemate that wants more than just a bed in a home.
The flat is right by East Dulwich park so we have huge green space at our doorstep. Major bus routes are right outside our door and Forest Hill and East Dulwich stations are both a 10 minute bus away.
Please send a message with what you do and like to get up to. We’d love to get a snippet of who you are before we invite some people round to view the space.
Rent for the room is £640 including bills. Which is obviously crazy cheap so we are expecting alot of messages and I’m sorry if you don’t get a response from us We will try to message anyone who reaches out.
Move in and rent payment will begin on the 15th August. You can move in a little later but we cant budge on that date.
