Bright double room in East Dulwich / Peckham

I'm looking for someone to take over my room in East Dulwich / Peckham, as I'm moving in with my partner.
Moving in date will be late September but I’m flexible if you need to move a bit earlier

The room is a large, bright and spacious double. It comes unfurnished, although I'm happy to sell some of the furniture if you're interested.

The flat has two bedrooms, a huge living room, a modern fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom, and an amazing garden. It's ideally located between East Dulwich and Peckham, with a bus stop just outside the door and Peckham Rye Station only a 15-minute walk away, offering great Overground connections to East London. 

The area is quiet and relaxed, just a short walk from Peckham Rye Park and within easy reach of both Lordship Lane and Peckham, where you'll find plenty of cafés, pubs, restaurants and independent shops.

You'll be sharing the flat with Martyna, a 30-year-old yoga teacher who loves sports, reading, socializing and cats.
We're ideally looking for a professional aged 28+ who doesn't work from home full-time.

The tenancy is a joint lease shared between the two tenants. Bills are excluded and come around £100 per month.
