A bright and spacious double room in East Dulwich. The flat is just a 3-minute walk from East Dulwich station, within walking distance of Lordship Lane, a large Sainsbury’s, and all the cafés, pubs, and independent shops.
This is a home I’m genuinely sad to be leaving. My flatmate and I have lived here for the past two years and have loved making it our home. The flat has a lovely open-plan kitchen and living area that’s perfect for relaxing, cooking, and catching up after work.
You’ll be living with Clo, a 25-year-old actor who also works in hospitality. She’s friendly, considerate, and an all-round wonderful flatmate.
Rent including bills: £1,080 per month.
Move in date would be 15th of August.

The room is unfurnished, although I may be leaving behind the wardrobe and desk if that would be helpful.
