I am looking for someone to rent this large double room in East Dulwich. My housemate and I have lived here for 4 years and she is leaving to move in with her partner.

The flat is a split level, two floor apartment in a victorian terrace on a quiet street in East Dulwich.
The bedroom is large enough for a bed, desk and has built in wardrobes.
The room in unfurnished but the rest of the house is furnished. There is a separate kitchen and living room, garden and modern bathroom.
Bills come to about £100 a month (Council Tax Band B)

The local area is full of great coffee spots, cute pubs and a fantastic Saturday Farmers Market. The 12 and 197 buses go to Peckham Rye Station and the 176 goes to central London.

You will be sharing with one other girl. I am 33 year old primary school teacher who is a fan of films and football! Looking for someone who is friendly, tidy and looking for home in South East London.
