The flat is furnished (bedroom not) but it will be fun to redecorate with whoever comes next. One bathroom and the flat gets the best sunlight all day. Super close to overground station and only a 20 min walk to Dulwich park. You can be in London Bridge in under 20 mins which is ideal.
