East Dulwich Double Room in Friendly Flatshare

Our friend is moving out after 4 years onto new pastures with her partner.

About the place:

Double bedroom in a 4 bed flat on the 3rd floor. It’s a very convenient area close to local amenities. It’s only a 20 min walk into Peckham where we often hang out and short walking distance to East Dulwich and Denmark Hill station.

The room comes furnished with bed, wardrobes and drawers. The desk and chair will go with our ex flatmate. There’s a cozy living room we all hang out in after work with a large sofa and large dining table. There are 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub. There’s a small kitchen with all appliances you’d need but no dishwasher. Bills come up to £100-150 depending on season. We use split wise for bills and household things. you need to show proof of employment/income and provide previous landlord reference.

About us:

We’re all friends and we like to hang out together at home and out but we are also independent and do our own thing. We like to watch TV together, play games, go to the pub, park etc. We go out partying from time to time but we like to keep home pretty chill and rarely have parties here but we all have our friends and partners round regularly. We try to keep the flat clean and we have a cleaning rota. We all have left wing views. You’d be living with me - interior designer, Amy - works in music PR and Sam - civil servant.
