Double room sublet for 1 month all bills included

Hello!

I am looking to sublet my lovely sunny double room whilst I'm away for the month of September.

The dates I am away are 4th Sep - 5th October but I can be flexible with dates up to 1 week either side (so a maximum of 6 weeks with rent adjusted accordingly).

The flat is located just off Dulwich Park, if you want to check transport links check them from The Plough Pub which is right by us.

The room will come furnished with bed, mattress, chest of drawers and shelves. I'm planning on storing all my stuff so see the blank canvas picture for more of an idea about what you'll be getting. I'm happy to leave the plants, wall hanging and rug if you want them but totally up to you. There will be some storage under the bed too.

Current flatmates are 2 guys in their late 20s. Reece works as a garden designer in Tring. He leaves the flat early Monday morning and returns late Wednesday evening. Nathan is a civil servant who works in the office 3 days a week.

Both are super lovely friendly people, we're all friends so this is a great spot if you wanted to make some new friends whilst you're here.

There is a very communal kitchen with everything you'll need to cook and a great lounge for hangs.

Technical bits
- Rent will be £750 including bills
- Dates can be extended to 29th Aug - 9th Oct with rent adjusted
- Deposit £150 which will be taken off the rent
