A spacious and comfortable room is available in a modern, newly refurbished home in the heart of East Dulwich, just a short walk from the area’s lovely cafés, restaurants, shops and local amenities. The station is only 5–10 minutes’ walk away, making it very convenient for commuting into central London.

The room is in a clean, comfortable and well-kept family home, and the lodger will also have the benefit of a bathroom that will be predominantly for their own use, providing a good level of privacy.
We are working professional and only work from home one day a week. We have two children, an 8-year-old girl and a 4-year-old boy. They are friendly and respectful, attend school and after-school clubs during the week until around 6pm, and have an early bedtime, so the house is generally calm and quiet in the evenings.

The house has been recently refurbished throughout and has a modern, bright and welcoming feel. I’m looking for a considerate, clean and friendly lodger who would appreciate living in a relaxed family home while still enjoying their own space and privacy.

This would be particularly suitable for a professional looking for a comfortable home rather than a busy shared house, while being within easy reach of everything East Dulwich has to offer.
