Larger room in 2 bed East Dulwich Flat

My name is Abi and I am looking for a flatmate to take the larger room in my East Dulwich flat. I am renting from a work colleague so it is slightly below market rate. The room is £1200 + roughly £135 for bills.

You’ll be living with me and my little ragdoll cat so being comfortable with cats is a must!

I’m 28, just moved to London after 6 years in Bristol, however have been working in Westminster for 3 years. I’m excited to throw myself into London life. I have plenty of pals in London but always up for making more!

I work hybrid and like to be quite active in the week - I tend to do a mix of gym, Pilates and yoga. I love surfing and skiing but obviously get to do those a lot less. Love eating and drinking out when the budget allows and am a huge foodie. Absolutely love cooking and trying new recipes! And I love festivals, live music and travelling.

My ideal flatmate would be sociable and chill, up for hanging a bit but also have their own stuff going on. Being clean and looking after the flat as our home is a must! I’d love to share meals and make our home lovely together.
