Lovely Room in East Dulwich

WHERE WE ARE:
Located in SE22, on Barry Road. Very close to Lordship Lane and has a park either end! (Dulwich and Peckham), so a very green and friendly village feel, but just a stone's throw from lively peckham!
Council Tax band C

THE ROOM:
1 room in 3 bed, second floor flat, with shared entrance.
Unfurnished, but we have a double bed and set of shelves after a recent clear out that you are welcome to. Available now, £605pcm and £685 including bills total :)

The communal area is a bright open plan living room and kitchen, with some lovely space to eat, hang out, read, do your thing :) The entire place gets some lovely light throughout the day.

The best bit - us! You'll be living with:

Essy: I’m an actor and recently qualified nail artist, I love reading and wild swimming, cosy evenings in and love a night out!

and Jacob: I'm an artist mainly working in dance and costume design. I'm a lover of food (and a pretty okay cook after working as a chef), reading and board games.

The exciting bit - YOU! :

We are looking for someone respectful and relaxed who is willing to treat the place as a home like we do, doing their fair share around the house.
We ideally want a female or queer person between 24-32 whose been in flatshares before. That being said feel free to shoot us a message if this is doesn't describe you, we'd love to hear from you anyways!
Jacob works from home making costumes during the day, so is ideal if you work out of the house most of the time.
Bonus if you already live in London - we can share local recs :)
It's really important that we're not just a house of strangers and that we get along well and have shared expectations and standards :)
