Lovely room in East Dulwich. Please note the room itself is unfurnished. Has lovely high ceilings, a big window and a very useful built in clothes rail and shelf! The rest of the house is very warm and cosy, with a lovely shared living room, big kitchen and a little garden.

You would be living with 3 lovely women. Sophie is a speech and language therapist, Domi is a civil servant, and Alda is a jazz musician. The house is quite communal and there is the option to share veggie food/cooking as well as get in on a lovely veg box! They enjoy swimming, saunas, going to music/film events, being out in nature (where poss in London!) and might host dinners and have people round but generally the house is quite quiet with people coming and going from doing things out and about.

The house is a 2 min walk from the gorgeous Peckham Rye park, 20-25min walk from Peckham Rye station, and 15min walk from East Dulwich station. Plus lots of handy bus routes nearby. The surrounding areas of Peckham, Brixton and Nunhead have loads going on, lots of parks and lots of nice food/coffee spots.

Rent is currently £750 a month, but going up to £800 a month in December. Bills are usually £100-150.
