The flat has three double bedrooms, a fully fitted kitchen, a bathroom with separate w/c, and a communal outside area to sit out in when the weather allows.

The room itself has a double bed, wardrobe and desk, and measures 3m x 3.88m. Water is included. Council tax band: C.

You'd be sharing with two of us, aged 24 and 26. We're sociable, into music and films, and happy to chat in the kitchen or have people round now and then, but we also value having our own space and getting on with our own lives during the week.

The location is hard to beat. You're seconds from Lordship Lane's shops, bars and restaurants, under 10 minutes' walk from East Dulwich station with trains to London Bridge in around 12 minutes, and well served by local buses. Peckham Rye and Denmark Hill are both about 20-25 minutes on foot if you fancy the walk.

We're looking for someone respectful, easygoing and up for the odd chat or hangout, who'll fit into a flat that's sociable without being full-on. Ideally suited to a young professional.
